Teresa Was Here: My First Post
http://teresawashere.blogspot.com/2008/06/my-first-post.html
Wednesday, June 4, 2008. So, what do I have to say that anyone else might want to hear about? If I really got into this, I would have to write 7 different blogs to appease everyone in my life. That would be too hard. So for today, it's all about me being cool and starting a blog. Who knows who I'll share it with. I guess I should head on over and make it private :). Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Astrid and the boys. Jaxon and the girls. Micaela and the boys. Mikey and Daniel 1. High Gloss and Sauce.

Teresa Was Here: The new laptop
http://teresawashere.blogspot.com/2008/06/new-laptop.html
Sunday, June 15, 2008. I also have to rave on my new computer for a minute. The integrated wireless is nothing short of bitchin' and the way it picked up everything from our network to internet was amazing. The keyboard is different, but types really cool. I do not like the placement of the extra keys like Delete and End. I use these keys alot and used to be able to without even looking. Now typing is a bit of a struggle and god forbid I mis-type. So I'm a bit slower now. Astrid and the boys.

Teresa Was Here: June 2008 has proved to be a big month
http://teresawashere.blogspot.com/2008/06/june-2008-has-proved-to-be-big-month.html
Thursday, June 19, 2008. June 2008 has proved to be a big month. Priority Data Systems, Inc. is officially closed for business. Or Vertafore or AMS or Silverplume or whatever they're calling themselves these days. I'm pretty sure we ended with Silverplume. 9 years is a long time, so I should be proud. I will take with me some very marketable skills that I didn't have to sit in a classroom to learn. But I also take with me some very specific skills that won't transfer anywhere. Such is life.

Teresa Was Here: Returning
http://teresawashere.blogspot.com/2009/06/returning.html
Tuesday, June 30, 2009. It's been over a year! A new house, a new job, a new baby, a new car, in other words, a lot. This weekend it will have been a year in the 'new' house. Not so new anymore I guess. It's still great and I don't miss the old house one bit. The new job doing web design for a travel agency has proved to be fantastic. Who would have thought a lay off would turn out to be so great. Part time work is a thing of the past, but full time is treating me well (see: new car). Astrid and the boys.

Teresa Was Here: Ode to the old house
http://teresawashere.blogspot.com/2008/06/ode-to-old-house.html
Sunday, June 15, 2008. Ode to the old house. Since it's the end of our time on Valley Street, I thought I'd give props to our first home. Here's what I loved:. The full grown trees, and our view out our back windows. That we replaced everything in every square inch in this home. Nothing went untouched. From the light switches to the flooring to the fixtures and hardware. Ok, except for the baseboards, my biggest nemesis in the house. It was Brody's first home. Now, on to the reasons why we're leaving.
