She was featured on her college's website for the Equestrian Hall of Fame for her accomplishment at a horse show last fall. We are very proud of her acheivement at this show. Stitchy n Crafty is ME: Faroe Islands - AMAZING!!!
http://stitchyncraftyisme.blogspot.com/2014/07/faroe-islands-amazing.html
Stitchy n Crafty is ME. July 13, 2014. Faroe Islands - AMAZING! The next morning, we flew from Copenhagen to Faroe Islands. I have been asked this by many many people in the last few months and most people looked at me oddly when I told them. It all started with this H&M ad. I was completely obsessed! I was fascinated by its remoteness, the culture and the weird looking sheep. We had 5 full days (5 nights) there so I decided to base ourselves in Tórshavn. Day 1 - arrived at the Vágar where the airport is.

The Knittinglady: August 2009
http://knittinglady54.blogspot.com/2009_08_01_archive.html
Sunday, August 30, 2009. I baked bread on Saturday! I checked the following book from the library. Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day. I had to buy unbleached all-purpose flour and yeast in a jar instead of the envelopes and a good size bowl with a lid. I followed the easy directions and got a loaf of bread that was so good! I now have enough dough left for 3 more loaves! Here is the loaf I baked before and after cooking, with a close up of the cut loaf! Can't wait to bake more this afternoon!

Legal Needles: October 2009
http://ndjen04.blogspot.com/2009_10_01_archive.html
A newlywed lawyer knitting her way through the real world. Thursday, October 1, 2009. In other crafting news - check out these center pieces that I made on Sunday. I was inspired by the pre-made centerpieces Michael's was selling for $30 apiece. They were having a sale on silk flowers and other crafting supplies, so I was able to make both of them for much less than the price of one of the pre-made ones. Not too shabby, if I do say so myself. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). I am ndjen04 over there too).
