Friday, September 5, 2014. I made Beef Stroganoff. For dinner tonight after I made some NASTY Zucchini Egg bake thing. For being 4.5 starts on allrecipes.com. It was just not good and should be negative starts! Turned out really good though. I didn't realize that Adam really likes it, but hasn't had it in a long time and his mom always made it from Hamburger Helper growing up so he Loved this recipe. 1/2 Onion, Diced. 2 - 4oz can's Mushrooms (If you don't like too many mushrooms, cut back to 1 can).

All clay creations were made by JB. He's so clever and creative, it just amazes me. We're a little quirky and this nativity fits us perfectly!

Sunday, April 17, 2011. This isn't an exact recipe.it's kind of a combination of a few recipes. Just play with it- add what you think sounds good, omit what you don't like. So here's my best. Guess at a recipe:. 2-3 grilled chicken breast, shredded. 1 C fresh grated Parmesan cheese. 3-4 TB olive oil. 1/3 C cream cheese, softened. 1 C sharp cheddar. 3/4 C Monterrey jack. 2 TB minced onion. 1-2 tsp. cumin. 1-2 tsp. dried cilantro. 1/2 tsp. garlic powder. Recipe via Martha Stewart Everyday Food Magazine. 2 large tomatoes (1 1/2 pounds). 1 medium white onion, halved. 3 garlic cloves, unpeeled. 3 tablespoons fresh lime juice (from 2 limes). Coarse salt and ground pepper. 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro. 1 Heat broiler, with rack in top position. Place tomatoes, onion, jalapenos, and garlic in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet. Monday, October 31, 2011. 12 whole New Potatoes (or Other Small Round Potatoes). 3 Tablespoons Olive Oil. Kosher Salt To Taste. Black Pepper To Taste. Rosemary (or Other Herbs Of Choice) To Taste. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Add in as many potatoes as you wish to make and cook them until they are fork-tender. On a sheet pan, generously drizzle olive oil.
